Breakfast for a champion

For a happy, healthy new year in the fast lane, here is my tasty green smoothie

3 juiced oranges with pulp
1 banana
1/4 c. water
1 lemon slice, with rind
4 leaves of kale, without the hard center


Blend in vita mix until smooooth, it's greenly delicious
