Healthy cocktail vs. beer or wine


I am so excited ( yes I am quickly excited when it come to health)
of this great delicious drink.
First, always leave your juicer ready on the counter and wash it each
evening.
Second, once a week buy your fruits and vegetables from the Farmers Markets.
Third, rinse fruits and vegetables well before you juice them
  1. Prepare 1 large cucumber
  2. 5 large strawberries
  3. 1 large branch of mint
  4. Juice it all
  5. Sip slowly like you favorite cocktail
  6. You just replenish your electrolyte, minerals and vitamins, it's like a blood transfusion. Yum!!!!!
  7. Serves one
