D o you feel too acid? Try this potassium broth when cold and low energy!

This broth can be made as a fresh juice or warm broth. If you do not have a juicer, make it in a soup pot. While not as concentrated or pure, it’s still an excellent source of energy, minerals and electrolytes.

Recipe for 2 day supply:

Cover with water in a soup pot

·         4 carrots

·        4 stalks of celery

·        ½ bunch of parsley

·        2 potatoes with skin

·        ½ head of cabbage

·        1 onion

·        ½ bunch of broccoli

·        1 hand full of seaweed ( my favorite is sea palm)

Simmer for 30 minutes. Strain and discard veggies. Add 2 tsp of Braggs or 1 tsp of miso. Store in the fridge covered. Simple and delicious.
